'SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: January 31, 2026

This Shipping Policy outlines how Shauna's Courier Service handles shipments. This page should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Customs Blocked List, which together govern all services provided by Shauna's Courier Service.

1. SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following shipping services:

  • Air Freight

  • Sea Freight

  • Ground Transportation

  • Pick-up and Delivery Services

The shipping method used depends on availability, destination, customs clearance, and operational considerations.

2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

  • The estimated delivery time is 10 working days after the item is shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Customers are encouraged to place orders at least one (1) month in advance.

Online tracking is available and should be used to monitor shipment status.

3. PICK-UP AND DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Montego Bay:

  • Sam Sharpe Square

  • Baywest Shopping Centre

Trelawny:

  • Across from the Courts Furniture Store

For other locations in Jamaica, shipments will be routed to the nearest Knutsford Express terminal.

Delivery or pick-up fees will be listed on the customer invoice.

4. CUSTOMS AND COMPLIANCE

All shipments are subject to Jamaican Customs inspection and approval.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate item descriptions and values

  • Paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees

  • Ensuring items are not prohibited or restricted

Delays caused by customs are outside the control of Shauna's Courier Service.

5. PROHIBITED ITEMS

We do not ship prohibited or restricted items. Customers must consult our Customs Blocked List before shipping.

Any prohibited item may be refused, returned, or surrendered to authorities without notice.

6. NO INSURANCE UNLESS STATED

All shipments are uninsured unless explicitly stated and confirmed in writing before shipment.

Shauna's Courier Service is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay where insurance coverage has not been formally agreed upon.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY

By placing an order, scheduling a shipment, or using our services, you agree to this Shipping Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Customs Blocked List.
