Packages can be collected in Cornwall Court Shopping Centre Sam Sharpe Square Baywest Shopping Centre Trelawny: Across from the Courts Furniture Store in Falmouth For other areas in Jamaica, items will be sent to the nearest Knutsford Express terminal.
We do not ship prohibited or restricted items. Please review our Customs Blocked List before shipping. Prohibited items will not be refunded.
Refunds are limited and only considered for duplicate payments or billing errors caused by us. Shipping delays, customs issues, and uninsured losses are not refundable.
